Why do I keep getting emails from "sosoeros"?

Well, it's supposed to be a thing you do with a person you like. Or someone you met, to see if you could like them. Go out to dinner, see a show? The goal is to spend time together, strengthen your relationship maybe?

I've been on a couple but they were mostly just for television.

Didn't you get pregnant from one of those?

You know I don't like to talk about my fake television baby.

What happened to it anyway? We didn't get baby gossip during interrogation.

The official story was that I lost it during our escape.

I see it's become even more unnecessarily complicated.

I think here you aren't being forced into it, so in some ways I think it's supposed to be easier? At least compared to where I'm from. I wouldn't know.

I wouldn't either. I never got that far.

I was ... devoted to someone. It made any courtship rather difficult.

Oh. Yeah, that does sound complicated.

For what it's worth, though, they keep telling me this is a new world.

New worlds don't interest me. It seems harsh, but my world and my life belongs to one person.

Escape's not really an option, though.

What is then?

Everything else. Most people live normal lives. I think some people are into the whole resistance thing. Personally, I lay low.

So there's a resistance.

If there is, I don't know anything about it. I'm out of the resistance business now.
