[Terra's voice is a little quiet. After a pause just long enough to be awkward, he clears his throat.]

I'm... not sure what I should be saying here. They told me I would meet other... [Another pause, where he struggles with the word "fictionals".] ... people like me. I guess I should introduce myself? I don't think I'm doing a very good job here.

[Another nervous throat-clearing.]

My name is Terra, and I--.. [He hesitates. He's not supposed to talk too much about what he is or where he's from. Those are the rules, back home, and even if those rules don't apply now, he can't bring himself to break them.]

... I have no idea what I'm doing.

[The voice feed ends a little abruptly.]

[ So, uh- Wally was actually in the other room for this and didn't realize that he was going to be having a new roommate, so he ends up poking his head through the door, blinking at the stranger. ]

Roommate?

[Terra notices the movement, and he looks in Wally's direction. He waits until he's spoken to to stand and give a bow. After all, this was his place first.]

I think so. Sorry to barge in; I was told I'd be living here. I'm Terra.

Hey, it's your place as much as mine, I guess. [ He comes more into full view, instead of just having his head creeping from behind the wall. He does have to pause, though at the bowing. Huh. Is he supposed to return one...? ]

Heard ya before - not used to making introductions?

Oh, and I'm Wally, Wally West. [ He sort-of offers a small bow back. Why not? ]

[That gets a small smile out of Terra. He feels awkward, lost, but... at least Wally seems friendly.]

Nice to meet you. And--no, not really. I guess I haven't done many, at least not formally.

[Could....that really be Terra? Or is she having another bad dream? Part of her wants to go and find him and speak with him in person, but the other half feels like hiding. What does she do? What. Does. She. Do?]

[His response is immediate, impulsive, and based solely on it being her voice.]

Aqua? Where are you?

[It's only after he's spoken that he slows down and thinks. He's already had an internal battle since arriving here over how to face Aqua. Joining with her in battle is one thing, but... having time to cool down and truly think on the horrible things he's done is another. She's family to him, and... what he did to Eraqus...]

[Aqua's been hoping for this moment, but dreading it at the same time. Where they have to talk about what happened between them, their family and what Xehanort did. She doesn't place any blame on Terra, but on herself instead. She should've done more for him and Ven. She could've done more.

It takes her a second to answer, trying to keep herself composed over the network.]

Yes, it's me. I'm in my apartment. Are you...are you okay?

... I'm fine. What about you?

[Against anyone else, he'd sound as fine as he says, but Aqua knows what's going on underneath the solid surface. He's nervous and shaken.]

[Terra will hear feedback for a good minute before Riku responds.]

[At Riku's age, Terra doesn't recognize the voice. He spends several seconds making a face at his screen before speaking.]

Who is this?

[Is it like Aqua? Is he somehow past from all the years that have happened to him? Or is it something different?]

I'm about ten years older now. But Aqua seemed to recognize me. She went there, too, that day.
