So I was right-- my entire life really is one big joke. Man, do you have any idea-- is forensics even a thing in the "real world"!? There's no way I studied my ass off for years just so I could learn it was all made up. God... doesn't this count as "cruel and unusual"!?

[Probably a familiar sight-- a newly "realized" character rants his dissheveled little head off about the predicament he's found himself in. He looks like he could go on and on, actually, but he stops short and just sighs impotently.]

Sorry... [he just barely manages to spit out that apology] I'm kind of having a bad... day. [more like year, from the looks of him, but he doesn't bother correcting it if he's thinking it]

Uh-- [awkwardly makes eye contact with the camera, tries to smile, gives half a wave, but it's all pretty forced-- to be expected, really, of anybody who's just been told their entire life was entertainment fiction] Hi, I'm Adachi, and I... [maybe murdered a couple chicks for no good reason? well... not really, right? so... no need to mention it.] ...thought I was a detective...

Well, I don't know about murders. I was actually investigating one before I wound up surrounded by labcoats! Not that I hope anyone gets murdered here or anything. I'd kind of like to stick to simple exorcisms, if that's okay...

Probably some kids who're having a hard time with the transition. It can be real rough, going from being the big hero of your own show to just another nobody in the "real" world. Wouldn't put it past some people to start looking for villains in their own shadows.

Heh. Yeah, they told me everything I've been through was just a story someone drew up. I'm not sure if I believe them, but the way I see it, those things still happened to me either way. It might not be real to a bunch of doctors, but it's real to me!

Anyway, I was kiiind of supposed to get a vampire out of Connie's house. That's my friend. You know, the vampire? And she said she'd leave if I freed her. I mean, from her bat form. She was stuck that way.

( Of course, Hanna is assuming this is all normal. Adachi is totally used to vampires where he's from. )
