Definitely an improvement, then.

I'm not much of one for pep talks, kid, but what it boils down to is that I don't give a shit what you did in the past. Stay on the straight and narrow here and you and I won't have any problems. And if you can get Nathan to shut his mouth every now and then, I may even put you on payroll as a public servant.
