So are there any "fictional" doctors here?

Just for reference, I'm not sick or anything but if anything happened I wouldn't wanna go to one of the natives.

You too. Any reason you don't trust the native doctors?

Honestly? That part doesn't bug me so much. It's the idea that they're refusing so hard to believe that it's a lot more likely it's just separate dimensions and that their fiction is simply bleed-over from others. There are some people who are considered fiction in my universe. Others I have no idea who are. Absolutely refusing to admit that we're really real is the more dangerous part isn't it? Along with.. other things I've noticed and can't really say I like.

All of that leads to the big question "What do you do with a bunch of kidnapped superheroes once they've come to accept your way of thinking enough to let them go?"

[ That's what Buffy's worried about. The only time they're "released" according to what she's heard is when they decide that they're ready for society. So what does "ready" mean? If there are this many people with powers, then.. well, ready might be something not quite as innocent as capable of sustaining themselves. ]

Worst case scenario, released from life.

Other scenarios still have a tiny chance of change even if they suck beyond belief. Death's the one thing humans aren't meant to come back from. I'm counting it as worst-case.

Not your typical one, anyway.

Something along those lines anyway.
stillpretty: (You're a little peculiar.)

Something like that.

[ It's supposed to be one person. The handful of people is really a Buffy-specific trait. ]

No but there's a lot of stuff that really really tries to make it that way.

Most people would get killed if they got their feet wet in it.

Believe me, if it were that simple it'd be over and done with. People don't want to talk about it and they don't believe a single word that someone says if they mention it. People who do know don't really go for the whole trying to understand what's happening thing either, they just go straight for the whole "faster pussycat, kill kill" bit no matter who they're talking about.
stillpretty: (I turned my snooze button off in class.)

No. There are plenty others and I would be glad to go back to being "stupid" if I could.

The last person who could've relieved me turned into a serial killer psychopath.
