So, I'm still new here so I thought I could ask.

If you can't contact somebody and you can't find them around the island, does that mean they've gone back home? Or something's happened to them? Or something else entirely?

Hard enough living with her without getting her worked up about her cat.

It's not so bad when she's not screaming into her webcam or banging her robot boyfriend.

She's also a crazy cat lady, so Kitty is kind of a touchy subject.

Other than that, everything is peachy. And by that, I mean I try to get out as much as possible.

Getting out as much as possible does make sense. Also maybe doing your laundry out and putting it in places where the cat can't reach it.

I mean. Shedding measures aside, where do you hang out, then? Still new, trying to learn about New Moore.

Luckily, I haven't had too much trouble with my laundry.

[Mostly because she has too many issue with not putting it away, and thus makes doubly sure that the cat stays on Lydia's half of the apartment.]

The hotel bar, mostly. But that's because I work there. My social life here is pretty shit though; it's not even a fraction of what it was like back home... so I'm not exactly sure I'm the best person to be asking "where to hang out".

Not much better in terms of weird shit, but there was loads more to do and everyone wasn't confined to an island.

Er, no. What I meant was I wasn't stuck in the same place /because/ there was no way out. Actually, I was stuck because of community service, but that's a different story entirely.

But, yeah, being stuck here is kind of a bummer. Have you explored the entire island?

Cop pulled me over on my way to a second party; I was drunk, so I was arrested and sent to court. Ended up with an ASBO.

A bit, yeah. Can't really go into the forests, and frankly, I don't exactly want to; hiking isn't my thing. Least the beaches are nice.

Community service was cut short because of this place. Pretty much the only thing New Moore has ever been good for.

Though sunscreen doesn't do shit for tanning, so that only goes on after I'm done.

It does help with not getting skin cancer, though. I'd say that takes precedence over tanning.

hey, if you want to be pasty, all the more power to you. i'm not "naturally pale" so a bit of color works better for me. then again, i'm from england; we don't get strong sunlight except for a few days a year.

pretty sure i'll be fine if i go out on the days when the weather makes me think of home.

Hey, I'm not quite pasty, either, and I grew up in a circus that traveled all over the world, so I'm used to having some tan.
