So I pretty vividly remember the spiel when I was first taken by the government some time back. They made me feel guilty for everything that happened to my parents, like it was something I woke up one day and decided. Now they've picked up a new skill. It's like, surprise, your whole life was someone's sick joke. At least everything that's sucked can be explained away. Except someone forgot that we actually lived through that.

Yeah, I'm sure it's something you've all heard before.

My name is Nico. I just arrived. Anyone heard any rumors of a band of runaways who are defying everything the government wants? Because I think I need to catch up with them.

No, Karolina and Molly are here. Xavin was too, but he's just.. not around anymore.

Yeah. This place has a mean way of taking people. We don't get it yet, they just say they've been "released" to real society of something, but I'm not buying it.

It's more that we haven't exactly seen her in a while. Or I haven't, I guess.

I don't think Xavin can be rehabilitated, and if that were true, I'd have already seen her trying to bust in to get Karolina out. She'd be faking it.
