Okay, I'll be honest, being told I'm not real? Not the weirdest thing I've had to deal with. But it ranks pretty high up there. No one actually believes this, right?

Wait 'til someone starts.... getting overly excited at you about having read about you in a comic book or something; or you meet someone you recognise from literature.

Weird, yes.. but it's fascinating to meet such an eclectic bunch of people.
