Ms. Romanova. Lin Beifong, Chief of the New Moore police - we've met before, though you probably don't remember me. The working theory is alternate universes and timeline issues. People arrive with no knowledge of this place and occasionally vanish again. If they return, they have no memories of any previous times they've been here and have to start over.
