I'm gathering there were some rough ones this time, even if it is a short list.

Strangely, people don't seem eager to sign up in this city. They know what they'll have to deal with on a monthly basis. We have one trainee who just reached his majority, but he's the only "fictional" who's been interested who wasn't underage, deliberately seeking firearms, or unable to pass a background check.
