Ok! Here is the post for collecting all your kissing logs! If you want to do individual Network posts and then lead in to kissing that way, that's fine, but if you're looking to do a straight up log, this is the place to do it. That way we don't flood the community with all the log posts.

That's something to consider. I'm sure there are plenty of parallels to be found between worlds.

If there are infinite universes, and ours just happened to be close, you get the problem of how two people from the exact same universe would both come here, then. Though that's assuming the selection is random. If those running the island are able to select specific universes, no reason they wouldn't be able to do so twice.

Then again, if my old world has lost its God, it may not even exist anymore - and I would definitely be happy to see them again.

I suppose I wasn't exactly subtle, was I? I... would prefer not to say. Especially in public, when we can't know who is listening, especially on this island.
If she ever found out who she really is, the fallout could be... beyond measure, both for the world and for her. The more people who know, the more chance there is she could find out, or that people who would take advantage of who she is would find out.
She doesn't know who she is - I have to assume there is a reason for that. I believe she prefers living her life as a normal human. The responsibility of being God... she could do good with her powers, certainly. She would probably feel obligated to. But it would change her. She would no longer be human, and she would no longer be... her.
I do not think that is what she wants. [More quietly, almost to himself.] And I know that is not what I want, either.

It's not just that, I... Oh, I don't even know where to begin.
And it's true, I'm around her often. I wouldn't necessarily say 'watching', though - that was more the others, and they're not here. I simply try to make sure she's happy, both for her sake and the sake of the world.
[He looks away again.] She's... not interested in me, though. She's looking for strange happenings, and to her, I am simply 'the mysterious transfer student'.
[He looks back, still smiling sadly.] That's all right, though. I really am happy for her and K - and another friend of mine. [A small laugh.] Although they have yet to admit - even to themselves, I think - that they like each other.
[He then really looks at her, his expression almost shocked, as he realized everything he just told her, things he'd never admitted to anyone before.]

It's nice that you can be gracious about it. Be glad that she's happy, at any rate. A lot of guys wouldn't even bother. It's pretty damn decent of you.

I wouldn't be much of a friend to either of them if I couldn't be happy for them. That's the sort of thing any self-respecting guy should expect of himself, and have others expect of him. It's a sad state of affairs where basic human decency is lauded, and not accepted as the norm.
Because we're awesome. We can wrap up, though, if you want!
[She moves to slide out of her seat, standing.]
