Ok! Here is the post for collecting all your kissing logs! If you want to do individual Network posts and then lead in to kissing that way, that's fine, but if you're looking to do a straight up log, this is the place to do it. That way we don't flood the community with all the log posts.

He'd met Lin early on in this event. They'd gone out for pizza and then fought some zombies - which was about par for the course for this island, by all appearances. Since then he'd felt oddly comforted by her presence. Perhaps, in a world filled with uncertainty, it was just nice to know that somebody had your back when it mattered.

Also, she could fling about boulders three times his size with her mind. That didn't hurt.

He was strolling downtown as the stars came out, trying to clear his head. He'd gone through a lot his four days of memory, including quite a bit that was just too much and too confusing to try to understand right now, and he needed to just calm down and think about something else.

At the moment, he was admiring the new growth they had in town: pine and fur trees, vines and ivy growing all over the buildings. It was unnatural, but he liked the effect, and enough was unnatural these days that he was not really bothered by it.

He closes his eyes and leans back against a wall, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath, just letting the world roll by him.

[his time is split between many places, and it's difficult to tell just where he'll be at what time. even school he finds himself skipping in favor of more pleasant activities (school is usually quite boring, and even with all his assignments covered, he just skims the amount of tardies and absences allowed). now that's school's out, there's a few places he can be found.

one of them is the forest, which he ventures in and out of without fear. he's taken quite well to a few of the trees and often dragged books up there. sometimes he leaves them unintentionally—or intentionally, it's hard to tell with him.

right now that seems to be the plan, and he's carrying a small paper-back book. its cover is so tattered that it couldn't have been more than thirty cents at one of the resale shops.]

[finals were over, and school was let out. it didn't matter to him, as he had taken it upon himself to skip the last few days, anyway. all of his assignments were done and turned in, some in archaic French, but he found himself very bored in school. books were finished in the matter of hours, languages learned in less than a night, and his science projects were ... well, they were just boring all together. no one could save him from them.

[Kate had decided to go for a walk. She'd taken the time to check out some of the island, hoping that it would glean something about who she was or what any of them were doing there, but it hadn't helped much. She paused in front a small shop, examining it carefully in hopes that something about it would trigger any memory, but she was still at a loss.

Her eyes landed on the little plant above her head, hanging from the awning of the shop. She narrowed her eyes at it, suspicious, and bit her lip pensively.]

[Crazy had become kind of the norm for her before winding up here but crazy people forgetting who they were and looking to her like she had a friggen clue what to do or what was going on? No. That was the kind of nuts that had this Dhampir laying low, generally avoiding interaction with most people and spending more time in the high school gym than was probably considered healthy. Some people ate when they were stressed out, Rose hit things.

She was coming from the gym now, bag slung over her shoulder and hands still wrapped, the musty scent of deodorant trying to cover sweat clinging to her despite having showered in the locker rooms. All the while, there is one thought rattling around in her brain, that if she can just make it home in under five minutes then -]

Jesus – could you look where the hell you're...

[It takes Rose a second to realize that she's not in fact trying to shove an overgrown person out of her way but a large and unexpectedly looming pine tree that seems to have sprung up right in the middle of her path, the brunette backing away and eyeing the tree suspiciously, like at any moment it might just start shooting splinters of wood at her.

She looks around, keeping said tree in her peripheral, trying to see if anyone else had seen that just happen, snapping her fingers at the only person she sees in the hopes of getting their attention.]

Having already had several run-ins with the mistletoe, Koizumi was very cognizant of the contrary little plants, but he didn't pay them much heed. He wasn't particularly bothered by that form of affection, and given this island, it was likely the more you tried to avoid them, the more you would run into.

He was walking into the grocery store when he - quite literally - ran into Shinji. He stumbled backward, startled.

"Ah, my apologies. I should have been more aware of where I was..."

He trailed off as he really took in Ikari's appearance, his breath catching for a moment. On one level, he was aware that his reaction was not normal, and what was likely causing it, but mostly he couldn't take his mind off just how good Shinji looked.

[The last couple of days had been awfully interesting for John, or whoever he was. He had woken up on the couch of an unfamiliar place and now was following around the man who had deduced that the two were married. It was a little surprising at first, but the man had certainly not proved to be boring so far, and it was an absolute treat watching him work with this incredible bank of knowledge that he somehow had hidden away. It was hard to keep himself from exclaiming how incredible he thought this skill was at every turn, and instead just used it as incentive to follow him around and watch him deduce other things.]

[To say that Anita was irritable upon regaining her memories was a vast understatement. It wasn't the first time she'd had either her free will or memories tampered with, and she was certain it wasn't going to be the last, but that didn't make it any less frustrating.

Particularly the part where her powers had continued to spill out of control. That was problematic, and something she would need to find a permanent solution to, quickly. It had caused far more problems over the course of the past week than she cared to admit, but if she could keep some of those undead indiscretions under wraps, it was possible that she wouldn't have to do much damage control.

What people didn't know wouldn't hurt them, right? Right.

Still, after four days of not knowing herself, she needed something to clear her head. Coffee was always the answer to that. Hands shoved deep into the pockets of her jacket, she stalked towards Starbox at a brisk pace.]

He let out a groan for anyone who might have been there and listening. ]

[Koizumi was looking worse than usual, with scrapes and bruises covering his face, including one particularly brutal looking gash crossing his left cheek. He was walking as if he had more injuries than visible on his face too.

He looked very harried, but seemed to ignore his injuries. He was walking very swiftly past, moving very intently, not really seeming to take in his surroundings, and he didn't even notice Kate.]

[Even without her memories, Anita had discovered that the best way to comfort herself was, apparently, with coffee. Starbox had seen a lot of her since had laid that zombie to rest. The fact that it had happened at all was still incredibly unnerving, especially the part about being on what more or less equaled autopilot during the whole thing.

It was just too much to think about, especially when she was already so frustrated by the very fact that she hadn't the slightest idea who she was, with the exception of a name, the ability to pick up dead guys, and the distinct lack of an ability to get the attention of a man with a pulse.

She had claimed one of the tables near the door as her own for the afternoon, stubbornly reading a book she had found at her apartment, coffee cup in hand. If anyone asked, she would simply inform them that no, she was not sulking, thank you very much.]

[This kissing business is really starting to spin Connor's head more than he'd like. He's not used to it in any normal context, let alone when there's some outside source triggering those urges. Since he still refuses to go into his apartment, he's sulked his way over to the park with his hands in his pockets, throwing himself down on the ground under a recently-sprouted pine tree.
