[There's some rather ominous music playing in the background, and the distinct sounds of a struggle. From the sound of the crashing noises, things are getting pretty dire.... but Yosuke doesn't sound too concerned; if anything, he sounds mildly irritated.]

Hey!! You airhead bear, don't tell me you forgot to charge your phone again - I've been calling you non-stop but it says you're switched off or unavailable! Ah!! Hold on--

[His voice becomes muffled as he takes the phone away from his face, speaking to someone else in the room.]

--...dyne skills? Do I have a persona like that? ...... Ahhh, right, right.... Anyway!!

You! Seriously... Where the heck have you been?? Work's been calling me all week, y'know, asking me to cover shifts I know you're supposed to be working! You'd better be sick or something and not hiding out reading manga... I've got plans of my-- huh?

Wait, hang on a.... AUGH!! NOOOOOOOO!!!

[The irritation melts into blatant dismay and peters out a bit, as Yosuke drops the phone. There's a loud, synthesized crashing noise like a laser incinerating the player's party, and a high-pitched girl's squeal of "senpai!!" in the background (and no, before you ask, it's not Yosuke.)]

No, partner! Get up!! Ugh... that's CHEAP, who the hell uses a one-hit KO spell like--

Capt. Jack Harkness

Is anyone else enjoying all of this sudden influx of "source material"? I know I am. I think there's a certain degree of narcissism that we all have to have to be able to actually enjoy it, but it's fun, at least, to get a different perspective. And also to see what everyone's been up to while I've been away. Now, who wants to come over and watch my adventures? Not as... family friendly as The Doctor's, but it is good.

And I was right, Doctor. I do look good on camera. Kinda heroic, too, don't you think?

I've also taken this opportunity to catch up on some television that I've been missing over the years. Apparently it's been pretty good. Like these new Sherlock Holmes stories? We didn't get much of them when I'm from, but these are pretty good. I like the tall guy with the big feet and the scarf. Ianto, how do you look in a scarf? Wanna find out?

Your stuff's pretty good too, Nathan. Not gonna lie, you're among the few in the world who can work orange.

Hey, could I get everyone's attention for just a moment?

If there's anyone on the island who's psychic, or, um, really good at tracking things, I guess, my friends and I need to talk to you right away.

Thanks!

Kaylee Frye [Firefly/Serenity]

[[OOC: This is backdated to before all of the Alois stuff because I'm a lazy procrastionator and forgot to post this yesterday.]]

[The feed opens up on a very confused-looking Kaylee. She sets her phone down. There is the sound of some shuffling and a nice shot of her ceiling, before she picks it back up and points the lens at her computer screen. It depicts a still frame of a woman who looks VERY much like Kaylee, except she's a little older, a little thinner, and has blond hair. The shot will alternate between her and a middle-aged man some New Moore residents will recognize as Rodney. Both are wet, wrapped in blankets, dressed in formal attire and riding on a plane. Kaylee hits "play". When the woman speaks, she sounds exactly like Kaylee, but lacks her accent.]

Cut for length- and spoilers for season 5 of Stargate Atlantis, if you care about that sort of thing. )

[The camera then moves away from the computer screen and back onto a still-confused Kaylee.]

Someone wanna explain to me what the EVERLOVIN' HELL is goin' on?

[[OOC: Watch this scene on YouTube, but beware again of spoilers. It starts at around 1:45.]]

Didn't see any point of watching the parts I'm in. I was there, wasn't I? Think I'd remember how it went.

uh How do you put people's lives on an indefinite hiatus??

[ Private: High security ]

Lillie's still alive.

I guess that makes sense.

And she's been looking for me this entire time.

Since I'm not tagging along this time, I think I'll go find Katniss.
