Do I have to dread becoming a teenager again? That sort of thing happen a lot here? When I was a young man I wanted so badly to be a normal teenager. As it turns out I think I was much better suited to A-T and staying in, reading manga.

Is there a piano somewhere on this island?

So, now I have two report cards for two different sophomore years.

Same grades for both, which is a little funny, since when I was actually a high school sophomore things were a little more up and down.

And I now remember having attended way more parties and sports games than I ever made it to when I was actually in high school. I'm definitely going to have to hit the beach more often this summer. Maybe stock up on my R & R, since I'm going to be doubling my courseload next year.

Nico, there's no uniform needed for the New Brew. Dress classy, but that's just a general guidelines and I'm sure you'll do fine with it. Actually, when you come by for your first shift, remind me and I'll give you some money out of the cashbox for it; Ianto always kept me in blazers and silk ties when I was working for him. We'll continue the tradition.

Jason, as soon as we're closed for the evening I'll come by and help clean up after that after-party.

I'm sorry it took so long to open the salon. Certain things with the bank fell through thanks to a misappropriation of finances. Apparently all the money the bank lent me became pieces of eight and royal emeralds. They were very pretty, but difficult to put as leverage for additional business loans. Does that happen a lot?

Simca, we're opening tomorrow, so try to come in when you can. I have a few pre-booked appointments, but I'll need help with the walk-in's. If anyone else would like to help, I'd be happy to pay you.

I'm not the type of man to sulk, but it wasn't a pleasant experience to wake up in the hospital. I never cared for doctors. They assure me I'll be able to leave shortly. Apparently when you're revived from the grave as well as fictional, they need to do a few additional tests to ascertain your corpse is in good health.

That's a joke, I'm not a corpse. I'm very much alive, which is a change as I'd become very accepting of my death at the end. I regret other things, of course.

I used to be an athlete, but given the lack of equipment on this island, I believe I'll stay retired. And judging by the look of things, this island is in a more need of a hairstylist anyway.
