I’ve always believed reality was stranger than fiction. Apparently, that isn’t the case. This world is far from the one I know, and as far as I can tell, infinitely less complex. What I find difficult to understand is how so many apparently fictional characters have seemingly taken on lives of their own, and why this island’s overseers seem so adamant in keeping us segregated from the larger population. In fact, this island feels more like a prison than a step toward integration.
